Northern Virginia Real Estate
The territory that is colloquially known for expensive Northern Virginia real estate includes the counties of Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun and Prince William as well as the independent cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, and Fairfax. However, according to the federal government, Northern Virginia as a statistical area also includes the counties of Clarke, Culpeper, Fauquier, King George, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Warren as well as the independent cities of Fredericksburg, Manassas and Manassas Park.
