The mortgage loan application is the first step in the buying or refinancing process, and we’ve made it as easy and as flexible as possible. You may choose to apply by phone, online or in-person in appointment-only meetings either at our office or at a location of your preference.
The mortgage loan application requests simple but comprehensive information, which includes but is not limited to the collection of a borrower’s Social Security Number, employment status, asset types and amounts, income profile, immigration status, and residential address. The underwriting process is distinct from the mortgage loan application process and includes paper or other tangible verification of information provided in good faith in the mortgage loan application.
