LeaderOne Financial Corp. currently brokers out its jumbo loan product to its preferred lender partners. LeaderOne DC is located in a high-cost market, which means the FHA, VA and conforming conventional loan products have much higher loan limits than in other parts of the country. As a result, the vast majority of borrowers are able to access traditional mortgage products. However, for those with loan sizes in excess of $729,750, LeaderOne DC will broker out the loan to one of various investors who are offering the best loan terms.
LeaderOne DC is currently in the process of designing a proprietary, in-house jumbo loan product. Our expectation is to have this product in place before the end of 2012. We will update this site and inform our referral partners if and when this product is available.
